To advance a smart energy future, visionary policy-makers, utilities and innovators are collaborating to deliver effective policies that call for open, secure energy data-access and data-sharing solutions that protect consumer privacy, while also providing a consistent foundation for scaling new energy-data -driven apps and services including demand-side management, EV and DER solutions.
Attendees were invited to learn first-hand about the Green Button policy successes and active Green Button roll-outs occurring across Ontario, and in U.S. markets, and how standards-based and accessible Green Button implementations are today empowering utilities, companies and consumers to easily participate in energy management; streamlined energy reporting and bench-marking; rapid deployment of clean-energy solutions; and together, are helping to meet decarbonization goals.
