Speakers expertly addressed how utilities are maximizing AMI, modernizing operations, enabling secure data-sharing to drive high-impact use cases, while meeting utility requirements and digital customer expectations.  Speakers also discussed how utility and customer access to usage data provides a foundation for modernizing utility and grid operations, works to strengthen transparency, trust and customer engagement, and improves the digital customer experience across every type of customer segment.
