IUCX — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — is a utility customer service learning and professional networking events leader with a worldwide, respected reputation (formerly known as “CS Week”). We build and encourage connections between utility customer service professionals and collaboration with industry partners around the CX (“customer experience”). We showcase positive case studies, recognize successful role models and curate innovative approaches to meet and exceed attendee expectations.
We serve electric, gas, water/wastewater, cable and other utility professionals, all striving to create and sustain a modern CX through technological innovation and process improvement. We meet utilities where they are in their service journeys across the CX maturity spectrum.
