Think Higher: AI & Utilities

BHC Global’s Think Higher is an interactive roundtable that brings-together industry leaders actively exploring and implementing AI in utilities.

This year’s session will be collaborative and discussion-driven — similar to a user group — where BHC Global will share their product roadmap and hear directly from utility leaders about how they are advancing AI in customer service and operations.

Attendees that plan to travel may also consider extending their stay to attend the IUCX Conference in Tampa the following week — one of the largest customer-service conferences in the utility industry.
