Bill is also responsible for EEI’s recurring industry financial reports and serves as the coordinator for the EEI Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management Committees.
He leads EEI’s cross-functional team to address Data Analytics, which is one of four key focus areas within EEI’s Smarter Energy Infrastructure initiative.
Bill has a diverse technical background including coding in over a dozen computer programming languages and database management systems and leading the development of the financial planning and reporting platform for several years of one of the largest U.S. electric utilities.
He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University. He also has an Information Technology Project Management – Professional Education Certificate from Georgia Institute of Technology, went through the Information Technology Leadership Development Program at Southern Company, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation from the Project Management Institute.
