Ryan Simon is the Manager of Digital Channels & Analytics in Customer Care Operations at Enbridge Gas; accountable for business leadership of Enbridge Gas’s customer facing digital channels, including the Green Button platform, as well as data reporting and analytics activities within Customer Care.
Prior to that role, Ryan served in leadership roles in Energy Conservation at Enbridge Gas/Union Gas, focused on Demand-Side Management (DSM) tracking & reporting, financial governance, and system development and sustainment.
Ryan holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, and hold a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation issued by CPA Ontario.
